Payment
All amounts stated on the website are in Euro (EUR), including VAT and excluding delivery costs.

Beastmodegrips.com / PSB Trading accepts online payments with Dankort, Visa/Dankort, Visa, Mastercard, and Visa Electron. We do not impose any transaction fees on your purchase.

The payment for the order will only be deducted from your account when the item is shipped, unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.

Beastmodegrips.com / PSB Trading uses a secure payment server that encrypts all information, ensuring that the connection is completely secure.

Delivery
We deliver goods to a range of countries, if our shipping partner is able to do so – our current shipping destinations can be seen at checkout (At this time: Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and Sweden). The delivery time for your order will be within 3-5 business days. Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be shipped on the next business day.

If there is an extended delivery time in special cases, we will notify you by email.

All goods are delivered with the selected courrier, to a pickup point of your choice. Beastmodegrips.com / PSB Trading is responsible for the order and any damages until it is delivered to you. If your item is damaged upon arrival, please contact us as soon as possible.

Returns and Right of Withdrawal
A full return policy of 14 days applies to items purchased on our webshop.

The period is calculated from the day you receive your order. You will bear any return shipping costs, and the choice of carrier is up to you.

Withdrawal must be communicated to us no later than 14 days after the purchase, and the order must be in our possession no later than 14 days after you have informed us of your use of the right of withdrawal.

The notification must be sent by email to contact@beastmodegrips.com, clearly stating that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.

It is up to Beastmodegrips.com / PSB Trading to assess the condition of the item. If the item has been tried beyond what is necessary to ascertain its nature, characteristics, and function, it is considered used and of diminished value. This means that if you withdraw from the purchase, you will receive a lesser amount or no refund of the purchase price.

Refunds for returned items will be made to the payment card used when placing the order.

Right to Complain
According to Danish sale of goods legislation, a 2-year right to complain is provided for products. Complaints apply to defects in materials and/or workmanship.

Complaints must be reported to Beastmodegrips.com / PSB Trading within a reasonable time after receiving the item. Here, one month is considered a reasonable time unless otherwise agreed.

Complaints do not apply to errors or damages caused by incorrect handling of the product.

Beastmodegrips.com / PSB Trading will cover return shipping costs to a reasonable extent. We do not accept packages sent as cash on delivery.

When you purchase an item and provide information, we receive customer data. As the data controller, we process your personal data securely and confidentially. Your personal data will only be used and stored for the purposes for which it was collected.

We use third parties to process some of our information, including in our shipping management, which is not developed by Beastmodegrips.com / PSB Trading. We have entered into data processing agreements with our partners as a guarantee that they comply with applicable data protection regulations.

If you have a complaint and we are unable to find a solution together, you can use one of the following options to complain:

If you are a consumer residing in another EU country, you can submit your complaint through the EU Commission’s online complaint portal. Go to the EU complaint portal.
