Returns and Right of Withdrawal

A full return policy of 14 days applies to items purchased on our webshop.

The period is calculated from the day you receive your order. You will bear any return shipping costs, and the choice of carrier is up to you.

Withdrawal must be communicated to us no later than 14 days after the purchase, and the order must be in our possession no later than 14 days after you have informed us of your use of the right of withdrawal.

The notification must be sent by email to contact@beastmodegrips.com, clearly stating that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.

It is up to BeastmodeGrips.comto assess the condition of the item. If the item has been tried beyond what is necessary to ascertain its nature, characteristics, and function, it is considered used and of diminished value. This means that if you withdraw from the purchase, you will receive a lesser amount or no refund of the purchase price.

Right to Complain

According to Danish sale of goods legislation, a 2-year right to complain is provided for products. Complaints apply to defects in materials and/or workmanship.

Complaints must be reported to BeastmodeGrips.com within a reasonable time after receiving the item. Here, fourteen is considered a reasonable time unless otherwise agreed.

Complaints do not apply to errors or damages caused by incorrect handling of the product.

BeastmodeGrips.com will cover return shipping costs to a reasonable extent. We do not accept packages sent as cash on delivery.
